DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY IF ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

• All orders to EU, USA and Australian addresses will be delivered with all duties paid by us.

• For other countries, and depending on the value of your order, your order may be charged customs or import duties.

• If your parcel is charged, you will have to cover these costs. These duty costs vary from country to country and are beyond our control.

• For more accurate information, we would suggest you get in touch with your local customs office.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

• If you're missing part of your order, it is possible that your order may have been shipped in multiple parts. In such a case, you will received multiple dispatch emails.

• This is quite likely if you have ordered multiple units and/or multiple products in one order.

• However, if you have not received your complete order within 14 days, do contact us.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

• Order tracking is only available after your order has been dispatched.

• Some orders may be shipped in multiple parts. In such case, you will received multiple dispatch email.

WHY MY TRACKING IS SHOWING PARCEL BEING RETURNED TO SENDER?

• This usually happens when the delivery courier has made an unsuccessful attempt to deliver. You may not have been in or the delivery courier could not gain access to your property.

• In such an unfortunate scenario, we will refund the order to you within 15 business days. For your information, it takes 10 business days for the returned parcel to reach back to our warehouse, followed by 5 business days for the return to be processed and refund to hit your account.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

• We aim to service your order rapidly. Therefore, as soon as it is placed, our warehouse starts processing it in no time.

• Regrettably this means we will be unable to make any changes to it.    

• In such a case, we would advise you to place another order or return any unwanted products.
